Delcam PLC (the "Company") announces that on 1 May 2012 it received notification that, on the same date, Delcam Trustees Limited (the "Trust"), the trustee of the Delcam Employee Benefit Trust, transferred 23,647 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to participants in the Company's AESOP share schemes, including the following directors of the Company:

These transfers represent the release of conditional allocations made in the tax year 2006/2007, all performance conditions having been met.
