MINNEAPOLIS, May 2, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Navarre Corporation (Nasdaq:NAVR), a leading distributor, provider of complete logistics solutions and publisher of computer software, today announced that it will report its financial results for the fourth quarter of its 2012 fiscal year ended March 31, 2012, following the close of the U.S. financial markets on Tuesday, May 22, 2012.

The Company will also host a conference call to discuss its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2012 results on Wednesday, May 23, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (10:00 a.m. Central Time).
