Vidicom Wins Coveted Bronze Anvil Award, Earning National Recognition from Leading Public Relations Professional Organization

Vidicom has received a coveted 2012 Bronze Anvil Award from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) for superior performance in the design and execution of an individual tactic within a broader public relations program. Winners of the award will be recognized during the 2012 Silver Anvil Awards Evening, held June 7 at the Equitable Tower in New York City.

Vidicom received the Bronze Anvil Award in the webcast category for its Calvin Klein Underwear “Naked Glamour” InteracTV™ campaign. InteracTV™ is a unique platform pioneered by Vidicom that streams interactive live broadcasts to media & social outlets on any platform. The “Naked Glamour” campaign featured brand experts answering the questions of Calvin Klein fans live on Facebook, resulting in a 46% Facebook traffic surge to their page, 1,400 new fans and 7 million impressions.

The Bronze Anvil Award was created by PRSA in 1969 to recognize outstanding public relations tactics — the individual items or components that contribute to the success of an overall program or campaign. Entries are judged by teams of PRSA nationwide.
