Re: Change of Name of Sub-Fund and Update to Investment Approach

The Directors of the Company wish to announce the following changes being made to the Sub-Fund:

(a) The Sub-Fund's name will change to "Neuberger Berman US Multi Cap Opportunities Fund; and

(b) The Investment Approach sub-section of the section of Annex II to the Company's prospectus in respect of the Sub-Fund will be changed to read as follows:

"The Sub-Investment Manager uses systematic, sequential research and disciplined valuation analysis in identifying potential investments.

Investment selection is the result of both quantitative and qualitative analysis in an effort to identify companies that are believed to have the potential to increase in value.  This potential may be realised in many ways, some of which include: free cash flow generation, product or process enhancements, margin increases, and improved capital structure management."

The Directors note that none of these changes is considered to be material to the management of the Sub-Fund and that the Sub-Fund's investment objective, investment policies and asset classes will remain unchanged.
