Fairchild Semiconductor profit falls

July 19 (Reuters) - Fairchild Semiconductor International Inc's second-quarter profit fell 73 percent, hurt by weak sales across all its business segments.

Fairchild, which makes analog chips for PCs, mobile phones and automobiles, earned $11.9 million, or 9 cents per share, on revenue of $361.5 million.
