BRIEF-Moody's takes action on $285 million Subprime RMBS issued by Citigroup

July 20 (Reuters) - Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) has upgraded the ratings on two tranches from Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-WFHE3.
