Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. (“Momentive Specialty Chemicals” or the “Company”) today announced that it will increase the prices for base epoxy resin and intermediate products in the Americas.

Bisphenol A					$0.05 per pound
EPON™ Liquid Epoxy Resins					$0.04 per pound
EPON™ Solid Epoxy Resins					$0.05 per pound

The pricing adjustment is driven by the recent cost increases and continued volatility of key raw materials.
