Shor as a new member of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors also appointed Mr. Shor to the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Shor retired as Executive Vice President – Advanced Metals Operations & Premium Alloys Operations of Carpenter Technology Corporation on July 1, 2011 after a thirty-year career with Carpenter Technology. "Mr. Shor brings extensive industry and operational experience to the Board of Directors of the Company.
