New Issue-Tennessee Valley Authority sells $1 bln notes

Aug 6 (Reuters) - Tennessee Valley Authority on
Monday sold $1 billion of exempt notes, said IFR, a Thomson
Reuters service. 
    Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and RBS were
the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
