New Issue-Susquehana Bancshares sells $150 mln notes

Aug 8 (Reuters) - Susquehana Bancshares Inc on
Wednesday sold $150 million of senior unsecured and
unsubordinated notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service. 
    JP Morgan was the sole bookrunning manager for the sale.
