Interim dividend for the year ended 31 December 2012

Further to the announcement earlier today of its half yearly results for the six months ended 30 June 2012, the Company confirms that the interim dividend of 8.8p per share will be paid on 2 January 2013 to those members on the Company's register at the close of business on 9 November 2012.  The ex dividend date will be 7 November 2012.

The Company also operates a dividend reinvestment plan ('DRP').  The latest date for receipt of DRP elections is 4.00 pm (UK time) on 7 December 2012.
