Kearney, Chairman, President and CEO, will present at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Industrials and Materials Conference in Boston on Thursday, September 6, 2012 at 2:05 p.m. Eastern time. SPX Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Jeremy Smeltser will also attend and participate in the question and answer session that will immediately follow Kearney's presentation.
