Safe Bulkers, Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE: SB), an international provider
of marine drybulk transportation services, announced the Company's
management will participate at the Jefferies 2012 Global Shipping
Conference in New York City on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at 11:00 a.m.
ET.
