BRIEF-Moody's changes CITIC Resources outlook to positive

Aug 31 (Reuters) - Moody's Investors Service has changed to positive from stable its outlook for CITIC Resources Holdings Limited's Ba3 corporate family rating and for the Ba3 rating on the USD 1 billion 7-year senior unsecured notes issued by CITIC Resources Finance (2007) Limited and guaranteed by CITIC Resources.
