Sept 05 (Reuters) - SPG Land (Holdings) Limited
* Moody's has downgraded SPG Land (Holdings) Limited's corporate family rating to B3 from B2. Moody's has also downgraded SPG Land's senior unsecured bond rating to Caa1 from B3. The ratings outlook is negative.
