Sept 7 (Reuters) - Moody's de Mexico revised the outlook on the Municipality of Guadalajara's A1.mx (Mexican National Scale) and Ba1 (Global Scale, local currency) issuer ratings to negative from stable. Issuer ratings of the municipality remain as Ba1/A1.mx.
