New Issue-Merck & Co Inc sells $2.5 bln in 3 parts

Sept 10 (Reuters) - Merck & Co Inc on Monday sold
$2.5 billion of notes in three parts, said IFR, a Thomson
Reuters service. 
    Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, and JP Morgan were
the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
