New Issue-PNC Financial sells $450 mln pfd stk

Sept 14 (Reuters) - The PNC Financial Services Group Inc
on Friday sold $450 million of Series Q non-cumulative
preferred stock, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
Morgan Stanley, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, JP
Morgan, and PNC were the joint bookrunning managers for the
sale.
