S&P shifts outlook on 145 New Jersey school districts to negative

Sept 19 (Reuters) - Standard & Poor's Ratings Services revised its outlook on 145 New Jersey school districts to negative from stable on Wednesday, a day after changing its outlook on the state's general obligation debt, according to the credit rating agency's website.

S&P also affirmed the school districts' 'AA-' rating.
