New Issue-Sotheby's sells $300 mln notes

Sept 21 (Reuters) - Sotheby's on Friday sold $300
million of senior notes in the 144a private placement market,
said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service. 
    Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan were the joint bookrunning
managers for the sale.
