China Southern in JV deal with Henan Aviation Investment
(Reuters) - China Southern Airlines Co Ltd (1055.HK) (600029.SS) said on Monday it has agreed to set up a joint venture company with Henan Aviation Investment with registered capital of 6 billion yuan ($951.2 million).
