BOCA RATON, Fla., Oct. 1, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SBA Communications Corporation (Nasdaq:SBAC) ("SBA") today announced the underwritten public offering of 4,588,840 shares of its Class A common stock held by selling shareholders, which represent all the shares that were issued in connection with SBA's recent acquisition of TowerCo II Holdings LLC. The shares will be offered (the "Offering") pursuant to SBA's shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").
