New Issue-BBVA US Senior SA sells $2 bln in notes

OCT 4 (Reuters) - BBVA U.S. Senior SA Unipersonal 
on Thursday sold $2 billion of senior unsecured notes, said IFR,
a Thomson Reuters service.
    The notes are guaranteed by Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria,
S.A.
    Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley were the
joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
