(NYSE: WPC) rang the New York Stock Exchange Closing Bell(R) on Monday, October 15, 2012 in celebration of the Company's recent conversion to a REIT. The Company began trading under the name W. P. Carey Inc. on Monday, October 1, 2012. Mr. Bond was joined by members of the Company's senior management team. As previously announced, October 15, 2012 also marked the effective date of W. P.
