New Issue- Mood Media sells $350 mln in notes

Oct 16 (Reuters) - Mood Media Corp on Tuedsay sold
$350 million of senior notes in the 144a private placement
market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service. 
    Credit Suisse and Jefferies were the joint bookrunning
managers for the sale.
