New Issue-PNC Bank sells $1 bln in notes

Oct 17 (Reuters) - PNC Bank, National Association
 on Wednesday sold $1 billion of subordinated notes,
said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service. 
    Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Morgan Stanley and
PNC were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
