Oct 24 (Reuters) - Marathon Oil Corp on Wednesday
sold $2 billion of senior unsecured notes in two parts, said
IFR, a Thomson Reuters service. 
    Citigroup and Morgan Stanley were the joint active
bookrunning managers for the sale.
