MSNBC projects Obama wins Pennsylvania in presidential race

WASHINGTON | Tue Nov 6, 2012 9:19pm EST

Obama won the state, which has 20 electoral votes, in 2008. Although the state traditionally leans toward Democrats, Republican Mitt Romney made a concerted effort to woo voters there.
