(Nasdaq:UTIW) today announced that the company will report financial results for its fiscal 2013 third quarter ended October 31, 2012 on Thursday, December 6, 2012, before the market opens. UTi management will host an investor conference call that same morning at 8 a.m. PST (11 a.m. EST) to review the financial results and answer questions.
