Radcliffe has practiced corporate law for nearly two decades. Most recently, he served as vice president and chief legal counsel for IHS, Inc., a $6 billion global leader in providing business information and insight through published research, technical standards, codes and specifications. In 2000, Radcliffe started Fogdog Legal Counsel, an entrepreneurial solo practice from which he served as a legal and strategic advisor to a portfolio of start-up technology and service companies. One was ChoiceSeat, a technology firm. As general counsel and corporate secretary, Radcliffe guided ChoiceSeat through complex intellectual property rights relationships with major technology firms, national sports leagues and major sports venues.

"Sean Radcliffe's strong background supporting technology companies will be a great asset to Ciber," said Dave Peterschmidt, Ciber president and CEO. "His experience negotiating complex relationships between clients and partners also will serve our company well."
