RGC Resources, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend Increase
ROANOKE, Va., Nov. 27, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of RGC Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq:RGCO), at its meeting on November 26, 2012, declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share on the Company's common stock. The indicated annual dividend is $0.72 per share, a $0.02 per share increase over the prior annual level. The dividend will be paid on February 1, 2013 to shareholders of record on January 15, 2013. This is the Company's 275th consecutive quarterly cash dividend.
