Nov 29 (Reuters) - Chevron Corp on Wednesday sold $4
billion of senior notes in two parts, said IFR, a Thomson
Reuters service. 
    Barclays Capital, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley  were the
active joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
