FORT WAYNE, Ind., Dec. 7, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The board of directors of Tower Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:TOFC) at its meeting held on December 6, 2012 declared a special cash dividend of $0.50 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on December 27, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 20, 2012.
