The 7.375% Senior Notes will be sold at 107.500 of the aggregate principal amount plus accrued interest, if any, from December 15, 2012. PGS expects to use the net proceeds of the current Notes offering for general corporate purposes. On November 9, 2011, PGS priced an offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of its 7.375% senior notes due 2018. The Notes and the notes originally issued in November 2011 will be treated as a single class of debt securities under the same indenture.
