S&P revises NY State Power Authority outlook to positive
Jan 4 (Reuters) - Standard & Poor's Ratings Services revised its credit outlook on the New York State Power Authority to positive from stable on Friday, citing strong liquidity and a record of sound debt coverage.
S&P also affirmed its AA-minus long-term rating on the wholesale electricity seller's $1.1 billion of senior debt, according to a statement.
