MONROE, La., Jan. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- CenturyLink, Inc. (NYSE: CTL) plans
to release its fourth quarter 2012 earnings results after the market closes on
Wednesday, February 13, 2013, and host a related conference call at 4:00 p.m.
CST that day.

The conference call will be streamed live over CenturyLink's web site at
ir.centurylink.com. Interested parties can also access the call by dialing
866.847.7859 five minutes prior to the start of the call. A digital recording of
the call will be available beginning at 8:00 p.m. CST on February 13, 2013,
and ending February 20, 2013, at 11:59 p.m. CST. The replay can be accessed by
