WILMINGTON, Del., Jan. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Acorn Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ:
ACFN), the digital energy company, today announced that  John A. Moore, CEO of
Acorn Energy, has been selected again to present at Needham & Company's Annual
Growth Conference, a by-invitation-only event running from  January 15-17. The
conference will take place at the New York Palace Hotel, located at 455 Madison
Avenue,  New York, New York.  This conference affords institutional investors,
private equity firms and venture capitalists a chance to not only attend
presentations, but also to meet one on one with company leaders.


Mr. Moore will be presenting on  January 17, 2013  at  8:40 AM.  His
