DENVER,  Jan. 14, 2013  /PRNewswire/ -- M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MDC) will
release its 2012 fourth quarter earnings before market open on  Thursday,
January 31, 2013. MDC will host a teleconference the same day at  12:30 pm ET.
