Goldplat  plc, the AIM quoted  gold producer in Africa, was notified on 22 January 2013 that
further to a sale of ordinary shares on 21 January 2013, Mr Arthur Gibbons no longer has a
notifiable interest in the issued share capital of the Company.

operations produced circa 31,354 ounces of gold. Goldplat also has a producing gold mine in Kenya
and two gold exploration and development projects in Ghana and Burkina Faso.
