Electronic Arts revenue dropped in 3rd quarter

SAN FRANCISCO Jan 30 (Reuters) - Video game publisher Electronic Arts Inc reported lower revenue for the third quarter.

For the three months ended Dec. 31, the company posted total revenue of $922 million, compared with $1.06 billion a year ago. It reported a net loss of $45 million, or 15 cents per share, compared with $205 million, or 62 cents per share a year ago.
