FORT WORTH, Texas--(Business Wire)--
D.R. Horton, Inc. (NYSE:DHI), America`s Builder, announced that it intends to
offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions, approximately $300
million aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2020 and $400
million aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2025 in an
offering registered under the Company`s currently effective shelf registration
statement. The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for
general corporate purposes.
