TOKYO Jan 31 (Reuters) - Japanese Finance Minister Taro Aso said on Thursday that he sees no need to revise the law that guarantees the Bank of Japan's independence as the government and the central bank made a firm agreement earlier this month to adopt a 2 percent inflation target.

Aso, speaking to reporters, also said any improvement in wages for Japanese workers is likely to lag capital expenditure and corporate earnings.
