AEP Schedules Live Webcast Of Quarterly Earnings Meeting

COLUMBUS, Ohio,  Feb. 4, 2013  /PRNewswire/ -- American Electric Power (NYSE:
AEP) has scheduled a quarterly earnings meeting with financial analysts and
investors from  8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. EST Friday, Feb. 15.  The meeting, which
will be held in  New York City, will be broadcast live over the Internet at 
http://www.aep.com/webcasts.  

The webcast will include audio of the meeting as well as visuals of charts and
graphics referred to by AEP management during the meeting.   

The webcast will be archived at  http://www.aep.com/webcasts  after the event.
