U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission`s Testing and Certification Rule
Effective Feb. 8, 2013

Children`s products manufactured after Feb. 8, 2013, will need to meet new
testing and recordkeeping requirements to be sold in the U.S. when the Consumer
Product Safety Commission`s (CPSC) Testing and Certification Rule goes into
effect. These new requirements include:

standards applicable to product continue to be met 
* Retesting andrecertification if a product undergoes a material change 
* Developing training and policies to prevent undue influence over third-party
