that Mike Splinter, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Gary Dickerson, President, will
participate in a question-and-answer session at the Goldman Sachs Technology and Internet
Conference in San Francisco, Calif. on Thursday, February 14 beginning at 9:40 a.m. PT (12:40 p.m.
