RUUKKI TO PUBLISH 2012 FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE

Ruukki Group Plc ("Ruukki" or the "Company") (LSE: RKKI, OMX: RUG1V) will publish its 2012
Financial Statements Bulletin on 12 February at 09.00 Finnish time, 07.00 UK time. The Financial
Statements Bulletin will be available on the Company's website www.ruukkigroup.com

The Company had previously announced that it would publish its Financial Statements Bulletin on 14
February 2013. However, the new Board of Directors will now meet on 11 February 2013, following
the Extraordinary General Meeting, to approve the Financial Statements Bulletin.

The Company's complete Financial Statements, the Board of Directors Report and the Corporate
Governance Statement will be published during the week commencing 25 March 2013 and will be
available on the Company's website www.ruukkigroup.com http://www.ruukkigroup.com/ and from the
Company's offices.
