to announce the appointment of Dr. John Roberts CBE as Non-Executive
Chairman.

Dr. Roberts brings hugely relevant experience and knowledge to First
Utility at a time when the company is experiencing unprecedented growth
and its proposition as a better alternative to incumbent energy providers

We have exciting and ambitious plans for the business in 2013 and John is
already making a contribution in terms of helping us shape our customer
offer of competitive energy prices coupled with services which truly help
people consume less energy and save money."
