PARK RIDGE, N.J.,  Feb. 19, 2013  /PRNewswire/ -- Hertz Global Holdings, Inc.
(NYSE: HTZ), the parent company of The Hertz Corporation, the world's largest
general use airport car rental company and a leading equipment rental company in
 the United States  and  Canada, today announced plans to hold a conference call
to discuss its 2012 fourth quarter and full year earnings results.

The call will be held on  Monday February 25  at  10:00 a.m. ET  and will remain
available for audio replay one hour following the conclusion of the call until
