MADISON, Wis.,  Feb. 20, 2013  /PRNewswire/ -- Focus on Energy,  Wisconsin 
utilities' statewide program for energy efficiency and renewable energy, today
announced that in 2012 it achieved the most energy savings and customer
participation since the program began more than decade ago.  2012 was also one
of the most cost-effective years in the program's history.
