SAO PAULO Feb 25 (Reuters) - Brazilian phone company Telefonica Brasil SA negotiated contracts in the fourth quarter leading to sustainable cost reductions that helped profit margins, Controller Cristiane Barretto Sales told analysts on Monday during a call to discuss earnings.
